This is my diet


BREAKFAST:

Oatmeal
Protein powder 80+10 from Multipower in water.
Lecitine powder from Multipower.

Supplements:
From Multipower: All-in-one and Chrompicolinat.
From Twinlab: Mega Creatine Fuel, Cla Fuel, Calcium Citrate, MSM , Magnesium, Iron.

And one hour before breakfast I take Amino Fuel from Twinlab.

LUNCH:
Fish, meat or chicken - Rice, potatoes or pasta - Vegetables or salad
One hour before lunch I take a protein drink with Gainers Fuel from Twinlab.
BEFORE TRAINING:
One drink of Carbo Energy from Multipower
Multi Amino from Multipower
BCAA from Multipower
Cla Fuel from Twinlab
Mega Creatin fuel from Twinlab

AFTER TRAINING:
Protein drink with 80+10 from Multipower
One banana
Mega Creatin fuel from Twinla

DINNER: Same as lunch.  

EVENING MEAL:

Tuna in wate Rice.

And just before I go to bed I take one protein drink with Gainers fuel from Twinlab and Cla fuel. I try to stick to this diet 5 days a week and I have two days to eat whatever I want.
